Services to help adults with developmental disabilities and their families connect to supports and services to be able to live independently in their community.

TriCity Transitions Society and Resource Centre
Offers support, referrals, resources and advocacy for women and families impacted by violence and abuse. Programs include Safe/Transitional Housing, counselling, parenting support and a Resource Centre.

Hope For Freedom Outreach
Offers support and services addressing homelessness and addiction.

PoCoMo Youth Services Society
Outreach support, counselling and other services for youth.

YMCA Child Care Resources & Referral
Services to support parents and child care providers through resources, referral and training.

Crisis Intervention and Suicide Prevention Centre of BC
Help is available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week through the Crisis Line. Call 1-800-SUICIDE.  Youth and adult chat lines are also available.
